Freelance Film Director.  Steven Yasell Is a talented director, who along with the experience of writing, filming, directing, and editing his own Short Films and reality shows; he has also lent his creativity to musicians and businesses , as well as private events in the city of Chicago and surrounding areas.



Steven recognized his talents early and started on his journey to take on the world with his vision through film. He started to develop his talents at Maine East High School in Des Plaines Illinois, writing producing, filming, and editing various short stories, videos, and mock reality episodes.



After High School, Steven went on to Columbia College Chicago to further his education in the art of film making. He has done several Music Videos,  for artists in around the Chicago and surrounding areas, numerous commercials, including a commercial for GNC for a contest the were sponsoring. Steven has also written, directed, and edited several short films including  a short film , titled "The Man" in which a known Big Screen actor star,  Jay Disney appears in.



Steven Yassell is not slowing down anytime soon, there are many projects on the table right now including a few movie projects including a full length feature, a TV pilot, and much more.
