Sir Mic is a multi genre urban artist based in Bournemouth. He has currently released 4 mixtapes (3 series of the succesful 'Mini Me Mixtape' series from 2010 and 'Working Class Hero' in April 2011) and 2 singles ('I Aint Going Anywhere' and 'I Cant Help It') to wide acclaim.

Sir Mic's live presence has seen him support big name artists including Tinie Tempah,Stacey Solomon,DJ Semtex,Grascious K,Mclean,So Solid Crew,Egypt & DJ Cameo to name a few.Along with live shows, his tracks have reguarly been played on many radio stations over the South Coast and beyond. The specific support he recieved from J Fresh on Fire FM led to Sir Mic joining the Fresh Beat Recordings roster, alongside artists such as Mac So Solid,Bakyu and Dias. Unfortunately Freshbeat Recordings disbanded in Aug 2011 but since then Sir Mic has seemed to go from strength to strength as a fully independent artist, with an impressive total of over 100,000 youtube views under his belt.

Renowned for his distinctive and diverse style,Sir Mic has collaborated with a plethora of respected and up and coming artists within the underground Urban scene, including the likes of Jasmine Knight, Genesis Elijah, Mac So Solid, Zuby, Big Dog Yogo and Cynikal. His tracks have also been featured on renowned mixtapes series from DJ Ames,J Fresh and UK Runnings.

In 2011 Sir Mic received recognition and made it into the finals of two national competitions, the Online Music Awards and the Urban Music Crowns, both bringing a massive amount of exposure towards his already growing reputation within the national urban scene.

The first three singles so far were the massive 'I Aint Going Anywhere',an anthemic motivational debut single featuring the talented Cynikal and Jasmine Knight, which was released on March 7th to much critical acclaim . This was followed up by the second single 'I Cant Help It', a creative tale that was accompanied by an equally stunning and ingenuitive video, and 'Live Like This', a refreshing tale of relationship woe. With such a busy time in store,2012 will be the time when Sir Mic establishes himself as the UK's 'one to watch'.
